We are committed to providing the best dolls at the lowest prices. Each doll is custom made just for you, with the specific doll options that you have chosen.

Order processing will start within 24 hours after receipt of your order. You can’t cancel your doll once it’s in production.

Order cancellation is only possible with the first 24 hours.

Be sure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 20% handling charge and will not be refunded.

Damaged Items

We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us in 3 days by sending pictures or videos to us and we will find the best solution for you ASAP. For slight damage due to shipping, we will provide a kit for you to repair. For severe damage, you should take an unboxing video and photo, or else we cannot make sure who is responsible for this.

What items are excluded from our refund or return policy?

Skin Imperfections: Minor skin variations, such as small imperfections or seam lines from the manufacturing process, are normal and not considered defects. We like to think of these as unique “birthmarks” that give your doll character.

Finger & Toe Nails: Occasionally, nails may become loose during transit. If this happens, simply reattach them using nail glue.

Eyelashes: Similar to nails, eyelashes can sometimes come loose. They can also be easily reattached.

Makeup Discrepancies: Each doll is hand-made, including the application of semi-permanent makeup, which means there may be slight variations. You will receive photos of your doll before it ships, and if you notice any substantial differences, we can address those before your doll leaves our workshop. We appreciate your feedback during this process!

Used Dolls: For hygiene reasons, used dolls are not eligible for returns, but we are always here to help resolve any issues you may have.

User Damage: To ensure your doll remains in excellent condition, please handle it carefully. Damage caused by mishandling, such as hyperextension of limbs or tears, will not be covered. We reserve the right to assess the situation based on the information provided.You need to take good care of your sex doll during use and handling. Custom Dolls: If you have requested specific customizations (like skin color, nipple size, or other features), your doll is considered bespoke and made just for you. We’re happy to discuss any concerns about your custom doll, but while we strive for your satisfaction, we cannot guarantee a full refund unless it is genuinely faulty or not as described. Each case will be evaluated individually.

Missing Items

Check your package to confirm every item you want is there. If you find something is missing, contact us as soon as you receive the package.

DO NOT RETURN OR REFUSE THE PACKAGE DIRECTLY. And don’t send any package to the address information on the package, which is not valid to receive a returning package.
