We will send you photos to make the confirmation before the shipment.

Our shipping partners are DHL,UPS and FedEx. We use them to speed up shipping and guarantee a safe delivery.

NOTE*: If you would like to pick up your package at a DHL/FedEx/UPS agent as sometimes you’re out of home or for other reason , please specify your local DHL/FedEx/UPS agent address when placing your order or before we ship your order,

How to Track Your Order

Most of our dolls are shipped directly from China where our Factory is located. We will send a tracking number to your email box once your doll is shipped.

Please keep a close eye on your package tracking in case something goes wrong (e.g., suspension of tracking, lost items, etc.) until it is delivered.

In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $150 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. We will provide the assistance you need during this process. So, you don’t have to worry too much, relax, it’s not a big deal. (NOTE*: Customers in the US do not need to pay any import taxes and fees.)

Here are some of the countries in Europe that do not have to pay customs duties: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Spain.

For customers in Canada (CAN), Norway (NOR), Australia (AUS), South Africa (SA), and certain other countries, we’re happy to share up to 50% of the duty fees (up to a maximum of $150 USD) with you. We’ll also take care of the communication with customs to make the process hassle-free. Typically, the extra cost is around $150 in total, and we can give you an estimate before you make a purchase in most cases.

The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There is no label on the box that may reveal the content. Nobody knows what’s inside.
